How do I get food assistance for me or for someone I know?

Food assistance is done on an appointment only basis to better assist the community. To schedule an appointment please call (336) 886-2327 Ext. #1. Please be sure to bring in all the required documentation to your scheduled appointment.

What documentation do I need for food assistance?

If this is your first time to Helping Hands Food Ministry, please be sure to bring a photo I.D. and proof of residency. Residency documentation can be a current utility bill, lease, or other legal document with your name and address on it.

When can I receive food assistance?

Weekly food assistance is offered by appointment only. We ask that everyone come on time to their scheduled appointment. Those seeking assistance may be rescheduled for a later date if they miss their assigned time. Weekly Food Assistance Operation Hours: Tuesday: 11am - 1pm Wednesday: 11am - 1pm
Thrusday: 11am - 1pm
